💰 Commission Structure – How You Earn as a Day 1 Pictures Ambassador

Our Ambassador Program is designed to reward those who successfully refer clients to Day 1 Pictures with a competitive commission-based payout. The more valuable the booking, the higher your potential earnings. Below is a detailed breakdown of how commissions are calculated based on the total project value.

1. For bookings between $500 and $999, you earn 20% commission.

   • Example: If your referral books a $800 project, you make $160.

   • This applies to small projects like event photography, quick brand shoots, or artist promo reels.

2. For bookings between $1,000 and $2,499, you earn 15% commission.

   • Example: If a client books a $1,500 music video, you receive $225.

   • This tier includes mid-range projects such as music videos, branded content, and extended photo sessions.

3. For bookings between $2,500 and $4,999, you earn 10% commission.

   • Example: A business books a $3,500 commercial shoot, and you earn $350.

   • This applies to large-scale productions like corporate campaigns and full-day event coverage.

4. For bookings of $5,000 or more, you earn 5% commission.

   • Example: A corporate client books a $10,000 production, and you get $500.

   • This tier includes high-budget productions, such as film shoots, major marketing campaigns, and premium event videography.

📆 Payment Schedule & Process

• Payments are made bi-weekly or monthly, depending on the number of referrals completed.

• Ambassadors will receive payments via CashApp, Zelle, or direct bank transfer (whichever is preferred).

• Payments will only be issued after the client has paid in full and the project has been delivered.

⚠️ Program Rules & Guidelines

1. Referral Tracking

   • Each ambassador will receive a unique referral code or tracking link to ensure proper tracking.

   • The referred client must mention your name or code at the time of booking.

   • If a client does not use the code, we cannot guarantee payment.

2. Payment Eligibility

   • Commissions are only paid after the full payment from the referred client has been received.

   • If a client cancels before project completion, no commission will be paid.

   • If a client requests a refund, any associated commission will be voided or adjusted.

3. Code Misuse & Ethics

   • Ambassadors may not refer themselves or their own business.

   • Discounts, promotions, or unauthorized offers on behalf of Day 1 Pictures are strictly prohibited.

   • Fraudulent or deceptive referrals will result in immediate removal from the program.

4. Exclusivity & Competitive Edge

   • The program is invite-only and limited to top-performing ambassadors.

   • Ambassadors must maintain an active status (at least 1 referral every month) to remain in the program.
